Taking part is easy:

  1. Find our BGT Mouse mascots during the event.
  2. Take a photo with one of our mascots.
  3. Post the photo in the comments under the competition post on our Facebook page.
  4. Like the competition post.
  5. Share the competition post publicly on your Facebook profile.
  6. Send us a Facebook Messenger message with the text:
    "I'm taking part in the competition."

How to Win

The winner will be the participant whose competition photo receives the highest number of Facebook reactions.

You can collect reactions until 16 June at 12:00 PM.

Competition Terms & Conditions

"Podlasie Cheese Festival with BGT Group"

I. General Provisions

  1. The organiser of the competition is Bagat Sp. z o.o., registered in Białystok, Poland (Tax ID/NIP: 5423175353, REGON: 200376696) (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").
  2. The competition is organised as part of the Podlasie Cheese Festival, taking place on 14 June 2026 at Leśna 7, 16-010 Wasilków, Poland.
  3. The competition is conducted exclusively on the Organiser's Facebook page.
  4. Instagram posts are for promotional purposes only and do not constitute an entry into the competition.
  5. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

II. Competition Schedule

  1. The competition takes place on 14 June 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, during the festival while BGT Group mascots are present.
  2. Competition entries may be submitted until 11:59 PM on 14 June 2026.
  3. Voting remains open until 12:00 PM on 16 June 2026.
  4. After this deadline, the results become final.
  5. The official result will be determined based on a screenshot or other record of Facebook reactions made by the Organiser.

III. Eligibility

  1. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
  2. To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps:
  • take a photo with a BGT Group mascot during the event;
  • post the photo as a comment under the competition post on Facebook;
  • like the competition post;
  • publicly share the competition post on their Facebook profile;
  • send the Organiser a Facebook Messenger message saying:
    "I'm taking part in the competition."
  1. Failure to complete any of the above requirements will result in disqualification.
  2. Each participant may submit only one photo.
  3. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
  4. Participants confirm that they own the rights to publish the submitted photo and have obtained the consent of all individuals appearing in it.

IV. Competition Rules and Winner Selection

  1. All valid entries will appear as comments under the competition post.
  2. The winner will be the participant whose comment receives the highest number of Facebook reactions.
  3. Only reactions made directly to the competition comment will be counted.
  4. Only reactions submitted before 12:00 PM on 16 June 2026 will be considered.
  5. Reactions added after the deadline will not count.
  6. In the event of a tie, the Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision.
  7. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries if there is evidence of:
  • artificial inflation of reactions;
  • violations of these Terms & Conditions;
  • attempts to circumvent the competition rules.

V. Prize

The competition includes the following prize:

1st Prize: Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G (8 GB RAM / 256 GB Storage), Black.

The prize will be awarded to the participant whose competition comment receives the highest number of reactions.

The winner will be announced on the Organiser's Facebook page and contacted via Facebook Messenger.

VI. Contacting the Winner and Prize Collection

  1. After the competition ends, the Organiser will contact the winner via Facebook Messenger.
  2. Sending the message "I'm taking part in the competition." is a mandatory condition of participation.
  3. Failure to send this message may prevent the Organiser from contacting the winner.
  4. The winner must reply within 24 hours of receiving the winning notification.
  5. If no response is received:
  • the Organiser will send one reminder message the following day;
  • if there is still no response within the next 24 hours;
  • the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the participant with the next highest number of reactions.
  1. The prize must be collected in person at the Organiser's office on a mutually agreed date.

VII. Final Provisions

  1. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Participants grant the Organiser permission to use the submitted photographs for promotional purposes related to the competition and the event.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where justified, provided that participants' rights are not adversely affected.
  4. Any matters not covered by these Terms & Conditions shall be decided by the Organiser.

VIII. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

  1. The data controller is Bagat Sp. z o.o., registered in Białystok, Poland.
  2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of:
  • administering the competition;
  • selecting the winner;
  • contacting winners;
  • awarding prizes;
  • promoting the competition and the Podlasie Cheese Festival.
  1. The legal basis for processing personal data is:
  • the participant's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
  • the Organiser's legitimate interest in organising and promoting the competition (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • legal obligations relating to taxation and accounting applicable to prize winners.
  1. Personal data processed may include:
  • the participant's name or Facebook profile name;
  • the participant's image appearing in the competition photograph;
  • contact details provided via Facebook Messenger;
  • any additional information required for prize delivery.
  1. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the competition, award the prize, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
  2. Participants have the right to:
  • access their personal data;
  • rectify inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of their data;
  • restrict processing;
  • object to processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
  • lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
  1. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for participation and prize collection.
  2. Participants submitting photographs confirm that they have obtained the consent of all individuals appearing in the images for their publication and use in connection with the competition and related promotional activities.
  3. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area except where this results from Facebook's operation in accordance with the Meta Platforms Privacy Policy.
